Review: L’Oréal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil

I think it's safe to say, that everyone wants healthy, and shiny-looking hair. Oils for the face, skin and hair has been around for many, many years, and I honestly can't think of a better way to revive my dry locks. The Game Changer — New L’Oréal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil, this oil is unequivocally the ultimate magic potion for dull lifeless hair.
  •
Not to worry if you haven’t used hair oils before, your hair is in store for one beneficial dose of hydration. The L’Oréal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil, Results in 1 treatment, will drench your hair with hydration and leave it so soft and manageable in only one use!  Yep, you heard me correct, one use is all it takes to morph your dry, winter hair into a beautiful head of hair.
Oh Yes! Elvive can be used on all hair types. Whether you use it as a finishing spray to add softness and shine or to control frizz and flyways, this oils is great on all hair types. Don't forget to apply it before blow-drying for a slick and smooth style, and say, "Bye bye fly aways."
Not at all oils are created equal, Elvive Extraordinary Oil is formulated with Camellia and Golden Sunflower oils, so you get a product that provides deep nourishment to your hair, but still fast-absorbing. Elvive won't sit on your hair, and won't leave it limp and weighed down.
Elvive Extraordinary Oil is one multi-purpose product. One way that I use it, is as a Pre-Poo for hydration. I just apply two to three pumps of hair oil before shampooing to restore hydration to my strands and lock in moisture.  I also apply it to my ends as I take down my twist-outs.
Got thick strands?! You might also love: L’Oréal Paris Elvive Extraordinary Oil Deep Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner to complete your hair care routine.

Acne break outs are a ongoing challenge for those with Combination/Oily Skin.
Keeping breakouts at bay, redness under control, and maintaining a balance between too dry and too oily is exhausting. Being a beauty blogger with combination skin, the struggle to find ways to balance out both my oily T-Zone and dry areas is real. Educating yourself on product ingredients, tools, and techniques will help you control breakouts.

P R O D U C T  I N G R E D I E N T S
Those with combination/oily, and acne-prone skin must be more selective about the things they apply to their face. Find products with descriptions like “non-comedogenic,” "water-based,"and “fragrance free.” You must also steer clear of certain ingredients that are more likely to cause break outs.

Silicone is one such ingredient that is a no-no for acne-prone skin. This ingredient causes clogged pores in those with oily or breakout-prone skin. Silicone variations are found in many beauty products, including-- methicone, dimethicone, trimethicone, and cyclomethicone. These ingredients create a  blurring effect to make the skin feel velvety and to smooth out textured skin. Cosmetic primers, deodorants, sunscreens, and leave-in hair styling products are just a few examples of items that contain Silicone. Using silicone-based products, however, can produce breakouts for those with sensitive and acne-prone skin types.

Isopropyl isostearate is a skin-softening emollient that is highly comedogenic, which means that it clogs pores. This ingredients is the ester of isopropyl alcohol -- rubbing alcohol, and stearic acid -- a thickening agent.

Sodium and Ammonium Lauryl Sulfate, sulfates are commonly frowned upon in the beauty industry and, as a result, products are increasingly being labeled as “sulfate free.” Sulfates are commonly used in cleansers, including facial cleansers, shampoos, and body washes. This ingredient helps products produce suds, but the primary problem is that they’re extremely drying. When your skin is dried out, it will overproduce sebum, and can lead to excessively oily skin and a higher likelihood of break outs.

These are just a few ingredients that should be on your watch list. Bottom line is read and understand products ingredients and how they affect your skin type. Adding makeup to the mix, at this point, seems like an impossible task, unless you have products with ingredients, such as salicylic acid to help combat break outs.

B L E M I S H  C O N T R O L L I N G  P R O D U C T S
Products that are oil-free and have ingredients such as salicylic acid, should be part of your skin routine to prevent blemishes. Salicylic acid is one of acne's biggest enemies because it attacks, removes, and loosens skin cells that clog pores and helps to dissolve the blackheads.

Priming the face is the first step in any makeup application, but silicone based primers can cause break outs in acne-prone skin. I recommend, E.L.F. Blemish Face Primer, it is infused with Salicylic Acid, Vitamin E, and Tea Tree to help control breakouts and blemishes. The primer provides the perfect canvas for your makeup application, while helping you fight acne break outs. Don't have the time to run out and get it, or it's not in your area, will, you can get it on Amazon. Now, onto foundation.

One of my favorite foundations is Ruby Kisses No More Blemish Oil-Free Liquid Foundation in Golden Honey. This foundation enriched with 0.5% Salicylic Acid is, non-irritating and oil-free. It helps your blemishes and breakouts disappear. The micro-bead technology in this -- semi-matte and buildable foundation -- won't just blend away the problem areas, it will help you treat them.

C L E A N I N G  M A K E U P  B R U S H E S
Never use dirty makeup brushes or tools on sensitive skin that is prone to break outs. There can never be enough said about the simple importance of using clean makeup brushes on your skin. Bacteria and germs love to breed in damp and product filled brushes. So do yourself and your skin a favor and clean and sterilize your brushes and tools before each use. Proper storage is often an overlooked part of maintaining brushes, but storing your brushes in the bathroom is the worst place for your tools. This bacteria and germs filled environment is a definite NO, that can lead to break outs.

T H R O W  O U T  O L D  P R O D U C T S
I think this is self-explanatory, and the answer is, "yes," cosmetic products do have expiration dates.  So, using outdated cosmetics is a break out in the making. Most brand packaging list the expiration on the back label or you can go to the company's website for information. Powder foundation and liquid foundation doesn't have the same shelf-life, so be sure to read those product labels. Taking these steps should help you get your skin back on track

Taking care of your skin is vital in the battle against break outs, and every person's skin is different, so seek products and techniques that helps you to achieve blemish-free skin. Here's to the pursuit of healthy skin!
Note: Seek the advice of a Dermatologist for your specific acne concerns and treatments

Playing with Color has never been more easier!

Ultra Violet is such a lively and excitable shade no wonder it is Pantone's Color of the Year for 2018. This vibrant shade might be a bit extra for some -- okay, who am I kidding, this is really E X T R A, but if you take a closer look at your eye shadow collection, you will find that this versatile color and shade range can be easily transformed to a work of art, instead of a Lady Divine inspired look!

Brands are listening and have began to make eye shadow palettes that are more novice-friendly, and for someone who is just deciding to play with color, this is definitely a plus. Cosmetics companies are beginning to including user-friendly guides, and let's not forget the countless of Youtube videos by the brands, beauty chains, and our favorite Influencers giving you the first impressions, reviews, and the tutorials, all made to make sure you can recreate the look.

Let's take a closer look shall we, at one of Too Faced Cosmetics' newest palette, The Clover Eye Shadow Palette, that was launched just in time for Spring. Well, I hope the luck of the Irish is with us on this one. First of all, I would like to applaud Too Faced for donating $250,000 to Best Friends Animal Society at the launch party for the palette. What can I say, it's the dog lover in me. Jerrod and Jeremy's Limited Edition Eye Shadow Collection was inspired by Clover the adorable mini Chihuahua, the mascot whose playful spirit and lovable personality is captured by the gorgeous neutrals and bright pops of color in the palette. All of the 18 new shadows are named and packaged with their favorite pooch in mind, now how cute is that!

Get 20% Off Site Wide at TooFaced.com with code TAKE20!
I have a few tips that I think will also help you in your quest to add Ultra-Violet to your Spring makeup looks using this palette. How gorgeous is the TF Mascot, the ultra-violet shade in the palette, I just had to get that out!  First, break your palette down in sections. Since Clover has 18 shades, divide the palette in thirds, that's six shades for each three eye looks. How simple is that. You can divide the palette by quads, or halves, it just all depends on the look you are trying to create and the total number of shades you want to use. The combinations are only limited by your imagination.  The various textures -- Mattes, Shimmers, and Satins -- that blend together smoothly, will ensure your eye look is beautiful and effortless. The palette was built so that no matter how many combination you can think of, the shades will compliment each other. This makes putting an eye look together without having to master the color wheel!

Try this simple step out, I think you will never look at your eye shadow collection the same again. You don't have to take my word for it, like Jerrod and Jeremy always say, "Make Your Own Pretty!" Hurry, here's your chance to get this limited edition palette while they last and get an additional 20% off with the link above.

Review: Maybelline FitMe Dewy + Smooth Foundation

FitMe Dewy + Smooth Foundation & MasterPrime Hydrate + Smooth Primer

The review is in for the Maybelline FitMe Dewy + Smooth Foundation - 315 Soft Honey and the MasterPrime Hydrate + Smooth Primer Base that I received complimentary from Influenster for sharing my thoughts about these products. First of all let me say, you will never get a first impression review on any product from me. In saying that, I did think why would I be sent foundation that is clearly meant for normal to dry skin, duh?!? I have combination skin, so combining a hydrating primer with a dewy foundation is a No for me, oh yeah, did I forget to mention that the shade is one shade lighter than the normal Toffee or Caramel/Toffee shades I wear from the FitMe line. Learning to work with products is what makeup is all about, "I wrote a little song about, like to hear it, well, here it go!"🎶

C O L O R  C O R R E C T
Use MasterCamo Correcting Pen - Apricot, is needed for dark spots or blemishes due to the foundation light to medium coverage.

P R I M E  S K I N
I primed with Hydrate + Smooth on the outer perimeter of my face where I need hydration and the Master Prime Blur + Smooth in my oily T-Zone.

A P P L Y  &  B L E N D
I applied Soft Honey in my T-Zone over the Blur+Smooth as highlight and #FitMeMatte Matte + Poreless Cappuccino over Hydrate+Smooth. Now, blend for your life Dahliiing!

S E T  I T  &  F O R G E T
Set with Matte + Poreless 330 Toffee & Set + Smooth 355 Coconut Powders over the highlight and contour areas for a flawless finish.

F I N A L  T H O U G H T S
Honestly, this product is better suited for normal/dry skin for a radiant finish, because I already had all the other Maybelline products, and may seem like a lot, but these steps are apart of my normal makeup routine, and how I was able to make this product work for me!

Seriously, this is an excellent product, but more shades are needed in the FitMe Dewy + Smooth Line.

How Good is Your Sales Pitch?!

Marketing 101

Let's talk about something that is extremely important to me, and that is finding your perfect pitch. In the Influencer community, and especially in the beauty community it is a must. It is nearly impossible to really succeed without having your marketing strategy down -- you do realize you are saling yourself, don't you? Too often Influencer pitching has been coming up more and more in the media, and not always in a good light. Influencer Marketing has been catching some heat lately, but it is not likely to go away any time soon. I am here today to share how you can put together a proper sales pitch that will impress brands and get you work.
Just a Heads Up
Right now, Influencer marketing is a booming business. This type of marketing is hugely advantageous to brands who are cashing in on the influence of online influencers. Brands realize that  Influencer marketing is drastically less expensive than conventional marketing campaigns and most consumers are more likely to purchase a product based off of a blogger or vlogger than they are from a traditional advertisement. In fact, influencer marketing is projected to continue growing with no signs of slowing down. According to Entreprenuer.com's article The Road Ahead for Influencers 2018 and Beyond, Brands are increasingly seeing value in building holistic "always-on" relationships with influencers operating along the lines of an "ambassadorship" model...Influencers have unique leverage across social media to source direct consumer feedback through their engagement. So, now is an excellent time for you to really get into the influencer marketing game and by sharpening your pitching skills you will be ahead of the game.

First Things First
Before we even start with the "Pitch," the first thing you want to do is research, research, research. Oh did I say do research?!? Well do some more! More and more stories are popping up of Influencers having negative experiences with Brands. Not every Brand wants to work with micro-influencers, so save yourself time and do your research first.

Just Google it!
Using Google is an excellent resource for finding company PR information and email. Here is where your research comes in handy, based on your google search of their media sites you can determine whether they even work with influencers. You are also going to want to check some of their past campaigns. Looking at past influencer collaborations  will give you a idea of what has and hasn't  worked. This can help you craft a tailored pitch specifically for that company.
Social Media
Check out their social media accounts. Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and even LinkedIn are excellent tools for developing your pitch.
Follow  the brand on all channels, and like,, comment, share, retweet,  brands are looking for engagement, but, always be genuine!
Are you LinkedIn?
Linkedin is really where you get linked up, literally with all the right persons, departments, etc., Use Linkedin to your advantage. This is where you can find out the PR person's name, position, and email information. This not only gives you another chance to connect, but also a real person to engage when sending the pitch email.

The Pitch
Now that the research has been done, it is time to craft your perfect pitch! I know along the way I have made mistakes, but along the way, I have found  specific principles that work, so I am going to share with you how I crafted a that pitch.
Related image
Personalize It
You don't want your pitch to look copy and paste, and sending a generic email is a sure way to have your email rejected. Your research should have produced a name, so, do yourself a favor and use it. There are times when that's not possible, and that OK too, but, whenever you can, you should use it., as well as, the company name.
Keep It Simple
One thing you need to realize is that these brand managers are probably receiving a countless number of emails each and every day. They are busy people and do not have time to read through your novel of an email. They will skim it most likely. See if it grabs their attention, and then respond to you asking for more information.
Cater To The Company
Alright, so you need to have a simple but powerful pitch that will cater to the company. This is your chance to shine and let that person know what you have to offer. Lay out a game plan for a video, post, photo shoot, and let the company know how it will benefit THEM. Yup, this is about the company, not about you. They want to know what they get out of this, and it is your hob to tell them.
Talking Numbers
running numbersThe one thing you do not want to do in an initial pitch, is talk numbers. This means your following size, your page views and especially your prices. While there is a time and place for all of this, initial contact is not that time or place.  I typically don’t even ever talk about my following size at all. Once in a while a brand will ask for a media kit, but even that is not as common as many would think.

Be Flexible!
If Influencer Marketing 101 has taught me anything, it is that we should be flexible. When it comes to pitching, that means not “demanding” or sounding demanding. One example would be an influencer asking for a hotel room. It is easier on the brand, to let them either pick available dates, or wait for them to ask you about dates. If you sound like you are too demanding of free product or not willing to compromise, then the company probably won’t want to work with you at all.
Working With Brands
In all honesty, pitching brands is more of an art than a science. It is something you learn over time.Your skills will improve the more you do it, and you will start hearing yes more and more. You will probably hear quite a few nos, and that is okay. Don’t let that discourage you from your goals. Keep working, keep trying, and keep pitching!

Review: Gorgeous New Maybelline Color Sensational Matte Metallic Lipsticks

The Maybelline Color Sensational Matte Metallics Lipsticks.

I love Matte Metallics lipsticks, but I have nothing in my collection that compares to these metallic shadeshifters from Maybelline's Color Sensational Matte Metallics Lipstick Collection. These lipsticks are available in dazzling earthy metallic tones. The heavy metals on the periodic table, that we all know and love, are represented– bronze, steel, gold, and copper – but they’ve also included some unconventional earth tones like jungle green, stone grey, and a deep navy blue.

So, I couldn't contain my excitement when I received 2 of the 10 matte metallic lipsticks in the collection complimentary from Influenster's contest, in exchange for this review.  I received both Molten Bronze, and Smoked Silver.  As you probably already realize, the term “metallic matte” finish is kind of contradictory. Metallic, suggest shininess, but it's also matte, which is clearly the opposite. How do you create a finish in real life that is definitely unique, it's metallic… but not? The creamy formulation glides over the lips for a smooth application.  Just think of a metallic nail polish that is full of colorful sparkles. This is also true for these creamy lipsticks, but the while the mattifying quality lessens their ability to shine, it doesn’t necessarily dim their sparkle. The sheer creamy matte finish is buildable, so you can wear just a hint of metallic shimmer or go ham for maximum metallic shine.

Smoked Silver on my skin tone comes off as a muted, medium lavender with
more neutral lavender undertone paired with a silvery iridescent metallic finish. It has medium pigmentation, which is buildable to a semi-opaque coverage. I just couldn't achieve full opaqueness. This one will need a primer or lip liner underneath it to work well. This shade wore for just over four and a half hours on me with a bit of color that had pulled into my lip lines over the course of the day.
PRO TIP: (Darker Skin Tones) conceal lips and line with a lip liner in order to get maximum wearability and pigmentation on these Metallic mood shifters.
Molten Bronze is not bronze at all, it has more of a plum undertone that shifts to a bronze/green duo chrome metallic finish,  let’s get that out of the way first. The only tone it shares with bronze is the multi-tonal shimmer the makes it a little bit brown, a little bit red, and a little bit of a green shimmer all at the same time. But if I had to pick a base shade for this lipstick, it would be plum. This is a plum lipstick with some serious duo chrome shifts going on, but it’s definitely not bronze. Okay, now that we have that out of the way: this color is amazing! Photos don’t do it justice, despite my efforts, but you can kind of see the teal green/gold duo chrome that occurs when light hits the lipstick. I can’t really explain the way in which this lipstick behaves on my lips. It’s reflects at least three different shades and sheers out to a deep berry purple. Whatever it is, it’s gorgeous!

Maybelline Matte Metallics lipsticks creamy, but matte formula is a plus for me, and I love both shades. Both Smoked Silver and Molten Bronze are definitely for the more adventurous, there are, however, more subtle shades in the collection.  These lipsticks aren't for everyone, but if you are a matte metallic lover, like me, you will love these. They are Brie approved.

Do you have a favorite shade from this collection? What the heck is going on with these colors?

I had to learn this the hard way, Oily/Combination Skin need hydration too! After using cleansers that dried my combination skin out along with the Summer Sun, my skin would look and feel like leather! Ouch! Boy has my skin been thirsty!

So, I'm trying out Simple's Water Boost Micellar Facial Gel Wash. I was sent this product from Influenster and Simple Skin Care free for my review and opinion of this product. This light, hydrating water-gel wash is specially designed for dehydrated, dry or sensitive skin. This gave me pause, but my skin is sensitivity, and the Summer Sun has really left my skin dehydrated.  So, I gave it a try. The Facial Gel Wash claims to have "a light, hydrating water-gel formulation and is specially designed for dehydrated, dry or sensitive skin to gently and effectively cleanse while leaving skin feeling supple, comfortable and instantly refreshed. No over-drying or feelings of tightness!" Now must cleansers that I use for oily/combination skin do over-dry skin! Simple I'm ready for my Water Boost!

For Best Results

Step 1: Squeeze a small amount into the palm of your hand and gently massage into wet skin to form a soft, silky lather.

Step 2: Rinse off thoroughly.

Step 3: Finish by applying a Simple moisturizer of your choice. For best results, use morning and night.

Wow! I was surprised by this product! If ingredients are important to you, like they are for me, then you will love the fact that the first ingredient is none other than WATER! There are no harsh chemicals or perfumes to upset my sensitive, but oily/combination skin. My skin was left hydrated and balanced, not greasy or tight feeling, and that important because Oily Girls need hydration too! I actually like it and will try the other water boost products in this line. I do recommend Simple Skin Care Water Boost Micellar Facial Gel Wash.

How to Step from under the Instagram ShadowBan

Are you a Victim of the Instagram ShadowBan?

The Instagram ShadowBan, the "Ban," like the comic book character, has "The power to cloud the
minds of men."So, if you've reached this post it’s likely you’ve felt the sting of Instagram's ShadowBan and/or heard the continuous chatter around Instagram about it. I heard about the ban some months ago, but I didn't think anything about this term until it actually meant something to me, which was, lost followers, comments and likes. The Ban looks for Community Guidelines, violations, Policy and Terms of Service violations and "spammy" behavior that sends your posts to the feed of your followers only, this translates to limits to your account's growth. Now if you're a Social Entrepreneur like me, this impacts your bottom line. Like anything I've heard on social media, I just took it with a grain of salt, but the Instagram Shadowban has been around for sometime and affecting thousands of Instagram accounts, including my own. In an effort to "step into the light," and lift the Ban from my own account, I found a few things that will help you determine whether your posts are being banned, and some actions that can help you avoid or remove it.

Is this happening to your post?

If you are trying to grow your Instagram account, the Ban will drop your post, no further than your follower's feed, so your hashtags are ineffective to help you reach a larger audience. As soon as I started seeing a decline in my followers, likes, and comments, I immediately started seeking answers as to why this was happening, (I'm just proactive like that). My first thought was this was a result of my recently linking my Facebook Business account to my Instagram. Facebook Business account owners must pay to promote their post in order to reach a larger client pool. So, when the Gram was sending offers for me to pay to promote a post, I igored them! My first thought was, this is about the money, and they want mine. Nah, I will pass. Now, from my research, that may be the bottom line that Instagram will never put in writing, but there are more things that need to be avoided in order to avoid having your posts slammed with a ban!

First things first: Are you violating the Gram's Terms of Service?

You need to know the Ban may be a direct result of your own actions. Listen, I know that's harsh, but it's true. The first thing I found out, was that I was violating Instagram's  Terms of Service. I have so many social media sites; Facebook, Instagram, Google+, Pinterest, Polyvore, Twitter, Zcast, Youtube, and a few others, so using a scheduler for my post sounded like a good idea. Having to post one post to more than one site at a time is really time consuming, so you can imagine that having an app that can post to my multiple sites at one time was a tool that I felt that I needed,  well guess what, that was my first "No, no!' My violation fell in the same category as using apps that are meant to gain followers, comments, and likes. Say, bye, bye to any type of automated services, if you're trying to avoid being banned. No Bots, mean no bots at all. One violation down, on to the next.

A violation of daily and hourly engagement limits

Okay, who knew that you were limited to your daily and hourly engagement on Instagram? Damn, strike two! Engagement is the number one tool that I use to grow my account! So you can imagine, how I felt finding out that my posts are being banned when my active followers engage my post and really respond with a high volume of likes and comments. What I  have found out is, that depending on how long you have had your account, you shouldn’t exceed 150 likes, 60 comments and 60 follows/unfollows per hour on your follower's page. I have had follow trains that were meant to gain me new followers, that could net me that in several and put me over both the daily and hourly limits. Like I said, I work for myself, so I have nothing but time on my hands to respond and engage new followers. Lesson Number #2 Learned: The new logithrims on Instagram can possibly see this as "bot-like" activity. I don't recommend it.

ICYMI: (In Case You Missed It!): Hashtags, can be Mashtags!

Who isn't guilty of this one! Okay, let me speak for Moi, Guilty as charged! Hindsight can be 20/20. I should have known that Youtubers don't always get receipts. Following some YT advise on how to get 30 additional hashtags to get a higher reach on my posts. Oh! the Abuse! I also learned that a hashtag that I use often, #beautyblogger (Source: Instagram's Blog) can become overwhelmed with tasteless posts filled with nudity, spam or racially inappropriate material. OMG! What's a beauty blogger to do! I appreciate Instagram taking notice and quick action, to remove offending hashtags or limit it’s usage,  this also has the potential to prevent the remainder of your tags not being ranked at all. The lesson learned here is, don't abused hashtags, and be weary of adding potential banned hashtags to your posts in order to avoid the potential of a ban.

The InfoWarrior

Spam, infringement, and posting improper content, etc)., all reported and brought to Instagram thanks to your friendly invisible "InfoWarrior" whether the information is factual or not. Being Blocked from accounts fall into this category also. I can see the potential abuse in this! So tread lightly when you are threatening to block someone else's  page because others can return the favor. Instagram may fully disable your page or they may just throw you in "The County ShadowBan Jail." I can honestly say, I have never had my page disabled, but quite a bit of my faithful followers have, this however, has caused a large decline in my follower base.

Measures to Try to Lift the Ban

What am I doing to lift the Ban from my Page? Like Instagram has expressed, start with good content, which I have always tried to do. Listen,  Instagram's Blog is an excellent source of information on policies and guidelines, announcements, and post regarding account issues. You can also contact ➠Instagram, if you feel that you have been banned unfairly. But, first how do you find out if your post are being banned? You can links to this Instagram articles under your account setting, under options. Not sure if your posts are being banned, here's a site that I found that will allow to find if your account has been SHADOWED! Click Right here➠Are you Worried About the ShadowBan?

Most importantly, do not use Automated Services whatsoever. If you're using such apps on your Instagram account you will have to revoke the permissions, and clear them from your account.  How is this done?, just go to "Edit Profile" and revoke the permission to all services that violate Instagram's Terms of Service and Community Policy.

Next, make sure your engagement with your followers meets the  Guidelines for Follower Engagement. No Hashtag Abuse, period! Your hashtags mustn't exceed the maximum, nor can you use abused and/or banned hashtags on your post. Hey, these are self-explanatory,; don't Spam other's feed, infringe on copyrights, and don't post inappropriate content, enough said!

Just unplug! It has been suggested that if you LOGOUT of your account for 48 hours and log back in, after that time frame, your posts should be clear of the ban, that is conditional upon you not violating any other guidelines. Who doesn't need to unplug from the Matrix from time to time. Well, here is your chance to reconnect with loved ones, friends, and enjoy what life has to hold, instead of worrying about lost followers, likes, and comments. Finally, to deal with the first thing I mentioned, which is the issue of what to do about "The Book."

Now, the hardest for me is Facebook. My linking my Facebook to my Instagram was the first time that I noticed my posts were receiving less engagement, but it has also been an excellent tools to give me insight on post engagement. Having insight into the gender & age of my followers and the engagement rate of my posts and stories is a tool that I am not willing to let go of  just yet! So I will be following my own advice and logging out. See you in the Next 48, stepping out of the Shadow and into the Light.

If you have found this information of some value, please subscribe, like, share. Have you shared a similar experience and how did you handle the Ban? I would love to hear your comments.

Thanks
